1. Eligibility and scope

Our refunds and exchanges apply to eligible pizzas, sides, drinks, and gift cards purchased directly from EquiDistantMeadow through equidistantmeadow.xyz. Food items are considered eligible for a refund only if they arrive spoiled, incorrect, or if a portion is missing. Digital items and services are non-refundable after delivery. If you are unclear about an item’s eligibility, contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

2. Timeframes

To request a refund, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery. For in-person purchases, refunds must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date. After approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. How to request a refund

To start a refund, provide your order number, delivery address (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue. 4. Conditions for returns

For fresh items, we may require proof of delivery and a description of why the item is not satisfactory. Customized pizzas or special offers are eligible for refunds only if there was a mistake on our part.

5. Refund methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase. If the original method is unavailable, we may issue a store credit for $ equivalent value. Gift card purchases are refunded or exchanged on request, in accordance with applicable regulations. Any applicable taxes will be adjusted as required by local laws.

6. Non-refundable items

Gift cards, catering orders once delivered, and promotional bundles that were clearly listed as final sale are non-refundable. Special orders that were agreed upon and prepared in advance may not be eligible for a refund unless the item is defective or not as described.

7. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can swap eligible items for another pizza, side, or non-alcoholic beverage up to the value of the original order, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery and follow the same conditions as returns.

8. Shipping and delivery

Refunds for damaged or incorrect items will include the item price and taxes, not shipping charges, unless shipping was the cause of the issue. In cases where the entire order is canceled, shipping charges may be refunded at our discretion. For in-person pickup, refunds will reflect the amount paid at the counter.
